Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period. 

PLEASE make sure to double check your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays. 

Returned item(s) must be in new and unused and no sign condition with the original tags and packaging. 

Shipping charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges 

You wish to exchange it for a different size or color, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear or have been altered cannot be exchanged.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Made to order 

Made to order, this process will take 2 weeks - 3 weeks time. Once the garment sewing 
 and ready to ship you will receive shipping notification to track your order.  UK and EU shipping Expect your order to arrive approximately 1-3 working days. 
For international shipping 5-10 working days after receiving order notification. 
Shipping cost is free worldwide 
Any duties or taxes become the customer responsibility if applicable when the order arrive in your country.
